Each Lamb Option that you choose includes, 2 rack of ribs, neck pieces, potjiekos (shins / stewing meat), flank & “doggy-off-cuts”. All products come vacuum packed and labeled.Please note that a lamb carcass may weigh between 19 kg and 23 kg for a whole lamb and thus the total price may differ accordingly.
