It includes the loin, rib, leg and shoulder chops, 1 rack of ribs, neck pieces, potjiekos (shins / stewing meat), flank & “doggy-off-cuts”. All products come vacuum packed and labeled.

Please note that a half lamb carcass may weigh between 9 kg and 13 kg for a half lamb and thus the total price may differ accordingly.
