This includes the loin, rib, leg and shoulder chops or shoulder roast and leg roast, 1 rack of ribs, neck pieces, potjiekos (shins / stewing meat), flank & “doggy-off-cuts”. All products come vacuum packed and labeled. Their are 3 options to choose from.

Please note that a Half Karoo Gold carcass may weigh between 11 kg and 15 kg for a Half Karoo Gold and thus the total price may differ accordingly.
